Matteo Brunori has described his recent loan spell at Sampdoria as a “very positive experience,” despite the club’s challenges. The striker, who is still under contract with Palermo, expressed his desire to compete for promotion to Serie A in the upcoming season.

Brunori acknowledged that Sampdoria carried a significant burden at the start of their campaign but felt the team successfully overcame it. “Italy or abroad? I don’t rule anything out, although it would be an important change of life, with a small child. If I can choose, I will stay in Italy. I would like to achieve what I couldn’t with Palermo, namely Serie A. At Samp, the objective was to stay up, now I have new ones.”
