Stroppa praises Venezia’s mentality after 3-0 friendly win over Galatasaray

Venezia continued their pre-season preparations with a 3-0 friendly win over Turkish side Galatasaray on Monday. “There are steps still to be taken, and this was certainly a demanding test in terms of engine and intensity from the team we faced. Venezia have a month before the new Serie A season kicks off. Stroppa underlined the importance of the remaining friendlies and training sessions.

“The next matches and the many training sessions ahead will give us another boost. We have more than a month to prepare.”

Everyone who was already here last year is showing a good rhythm and intensity.”
